RETURN POLICY

From the date of delivery of the order and in accordance with the provisions of article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days without giving any reason. Returned products must not have been worn or washed and must be returned in their original packaging. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they'll know you've returned the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over £ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
